UK Delivery Methods

We have selected the delivery methods that we believe offers the safest delivery of your items in a reasonable time frame. Because we have such a wide range of products we use different couriers depending on the item being sent. 

We use some of the largest distribution companies in the UK including

APC 24hr Delivery
City Link next day delivery allows us to send all of our products to most mainland UK locations within 24 hours of ordering (excluding weekends).

Exceptions
On rare occasions it may be necessary to make alternative arrangements for delivery. If this does occur we will inform you.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is typically £5.95.

Delivery can be calculated by going to your shopping cart and entering your postcode area. This will calculate the weight of the items and provide you with the delivery options and costs.

UK Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch every order the same day the order is placed. We do however have a cut off time of 2:30pm for orders to be dispatched.

All products listed on www.mergo.co.uk are kept in stock unless otherwise stated on the product pages.

Problems with Delivery

Although we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated delivery dates it is possible that a small number of parcels may exceed the estimated delivery period due to a number of factors.

These factors can include the locality of the delivery address within the UK, delays within the postal service, or exceptionally busy periods.

In these cases we ask you to be patient but advise that if an order has not been received within 10 working days you contact us at info@mergo.co.uk where we can track your delivery.
